Meh

Not much to report after the appointment today. The guy’s clearly a surgeon, and agreed that there’s not much room in my nose to breathe. We’re taking a stepped approach- corticosteroids to see if that improves breathing, and another appointment in 3 weeks when they don’t.

Since Abby and I started walking/running, I’ve had a goal of becoming -10lbs. Today, I stepped on the scale, and my goal has been met. Time for a new goal!
