After the run yesterday, I noticed I had some chafing at my bra line, just under my boobs, in the middle. I’ve had some there before from my bra, it’s not a big deal, goes away in a day or so. That evening, I wasn’t thinking, scratched my ribs… and sliced myself open along that chafed line.
Wearing a bra doesn’t really feel good, to say nothing of wearing a sports bra and playing a game today. For the game, I put some neosporin on a gauze pad and sort of wedged it between my skin & bra, readjusting as necessary. Will probably do the same for a regular bra tomorrow. Hopefully, this heals quickly!
